Darlene Chan oversees the West Coast production of projects which involve corporate sponsors such as JVC, Playboy, Verizon and The L.A. Philharmonic. She and her staff have produced TV projects, all-star tribute concerts and many US tours.

Bob Jones
Vice President
Bob Jones, a past Vice President under FPI, has been involved in most of the major events produced by FPI over the past 30 years. These included,The Newport Folk and Jazz Festivals, The Freihofer Jazz Festival in Saratoga Springs,NY, The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, The Essence Music Festival and The Kool Jazz Festivals. His current role is involved assisting many of the new staff of Festival Network in the planning and producing of the current events and the formulation of new festivals.

L. Eric White
Vice President & Senior Producer
L. Eric White, known to his friends and colleagues as Rick, has lived, traveled and worked around the world. In his position as vice president & senior producer, Rick brings to the Festival Network a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the entertainment industry, as well as in event and life-style marketing.
In the field of entertainment he has collaborated with many top performers and groups from around the globe. Over the past 35 plus years, Rick White has been active as a producer, artist manager, tour & production manager, concert & recording engineer and musician.

Jay Sweet
Director, Associate Producer
Known for his enthusiastic understanding of the entertainment industry’s inner workings in relation to marketing/ branding/ licensing/content acquisition and programming, Jay has spent the last ten years helping businesses with their music initiatives. He joins Festival Network as an associate producer on Whistler Music Festival, Jackson Hole Music Festival and Newport Folk Festival.
Cara MacGilvray
Senior Producer
Cara MacGilvray joined Festival Productions, Inc. in 2001 following her work in production at CBS Television in New York City. Over the years she has worked closely with many of our corporate sponsors – primarily JVC and Verizon - to produce a number of notable pop, R&B and jazz events. She has been the Associate Producer of the annual PBS television documentary filmed at the JVC Jazz Festival in Newport, RI. This year Cara is the producer of the JVC Jazz Festival Miami and the JVC Jazz Festival Chicago and looks forward to continued success and adventures with The Festival Network.
Dave Margulies
Dave is a well rounded music industry veteran going back 25 years where he began doing college radio in New Orleans and promotion for bands. In 1983 he moved to New York and became managing editor of CMJ and in 1990 went to San Francisco to be regional A&R manager for CBS Records at the time they were being absorbed by Sony Music. Dave has also done his time managing artists and for the last 14 years has been co-producer of the High Sierra Music Festivals, based in California. He joins us as senior producer for Whistler Music Festival, Jackson Hole Music festival and associate producer of Slow Food Rocks. He is also heading up the company’s sustainability initiatives.
