Formerly the JVC Jazz Jamboree, this event is one of the longest running jazz festivals in Europe and is a cherished Warsaw institution. For three days every October, the JVC Jazz Festival Warsaw showcases Polish, American and international jazz artists side by side for a truly global event. Held at the legendary Kongresowa Hall, this historic festival is a gem of the European jazz circuit. Past performers include Miles Davis, Keith Jarrett, Joe Zawinul, Thelonius Monk, Wayne Shorter, Dave Brubeck, Dizzy Gillespie, Ray Charles, Jan Garbarek, John Scofield, Bill Frisell, Pat Martino and many others.
