THE FESTIVAL NETWORK, LLC - TICKET REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY.

The following policies apply to your purchase of tickets from The Festival Network, LLC.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All sales of tickets for any of our events completed through www.festivalnetwork.com, a walk-in center or our call center are final.
We do not refund or exchange any order once it has been confirmed, so please be sure you have selected the proper event and seat locations
prior to completing your order. Once tickets are issued, they are like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.


EVENT CANCELLATIONS.
We, the venues we use, and the municipalities wherein the venues are located, determine policies relating to the cancellation of an event.
These policies can vary, but generally, such policies provide for a refund of the ticket price.
As a general rule, we will not cancel a multi-artist and/or multi-day event, or issue a refund, due to the non-appearance of a scheduled artist(s). With respect to outdoor events, no refunds will be issued due to inclement weather or cancellation of an event due to inclement weather.
If an event is cancelled, and a refund will be issued, we will attempt to contact you and advise you on the policy for obtaining a refund to that event.
If you purchase a ticket through www.festivalnetwork.com, a walk-in center or our call center, and a refund is used, then we may give you a refund by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket. If we issue a refund to you, we will refund the price that you paid for your ticket.
Service fees, processing fees and any other fees, such as delivery fees, are not refundable.
We will not be liable for any costs or expenses, including without limitation, travel, accommodations, 
and/or lost profits that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled event.
